Cleopatra, Pookie, and Van Gogh are the three colorways that I developed from the winning entries from a colorway naming contest held for me by Jen of WoolGirl. These are some pictures of the yarns (actually I dye these colorways in all my standard yarns) knitted into socks!

I have been knitting a shawl in Cleopatra and it has been patterning/pooling in some very striking ways. I will get it up in the next few days.
I love the process of developing colorways...and some unintended consequences can occur, like finding new colorways on the way to the first goal. More on that later!
Well, the first half of the year is gone...and the second half is starting tomorrow!!
