Fall Show Preview 2017

Fall Show Preview 2017

October is here and so are our big fall shows. We are so excited to be at Rhinebeck this weekend and SAFF the following weekend!

Quick details:

Rhinebeck: October 21-22, Dutchess County Fairgrounds, Rhinebeck, NY: Building C, Booths 31-32
SAFF: October 27-29, WNC Agricultural Center, Fletcher, NC: Davis Arena, Booths 409-413.

Yarns we’re planning to bring to the shows include: Yowza, Yummy 2-Plyand Toes, Hot Shot, Estrellita, Kunlun, Woodbury, Killington, Yummy 3-Ply, Keira, Katahdin, Caroline, Gradient Sets, Trios in Woodbury and Yummy 2-Ply, Yearning, and Sojourn.

Our SAFF lineup will be similar, but probably add Kaweah and K2 to the mix.

As always, we’ll have our special show colorway (yes, it’s a surprise!) on a variety of bases, available each morning until we sell out, limit 2 per customer.

We’ll have patterns featuring our Fall 2017 collection and more, samples of our yarns to swatch, project bags, stitch markers, fleegle beaders, and whatever else we manage to squeeze into the booth.

Also we have a brand-new yarn making its debut at Rhinebeck this year!
Meet Madison.

Madison is a smooth, substantial yarn that works up at a true Aran weight. Superwash merino is soft and takes color brilliantly, and the 3-ply construction is very round and gives great balanced stitch definition.

Size: 200 yd / 5.8 oz (182m / 160g) skeins
Content: 100% superwash Merino wool
Gauge: Aran weight. 4-4.5 stitches per inch on US 7-9.
Care Instructions: Machine wash gentle, dry flat.

Madison is $30 per skein and will be available in limited quantities at Rhinebeck and then at SAFF. It will be available on our website beginning in November (exact timing depends on how much we can get dyed!).

We are looking forward to seeing everyone!
