Customer service is important to us and we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will help coordinate return shipping. Returns within 30 days will be eligible for a full store credit IF:
1. You have notified us that you will be returning the item.
2. The item will come back in new, undamaged condition so that it can be resold as a new item.
3. No returns accepted after 45 days.
4. Custom Dye Orders are not eligible for refunds.
5. Specials and closeout sales are final.
6. We cannot be responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery information, and costs or damage related to these errors.
7. We are very willing to ship internationally. Please see information below regarding international shipping costs.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges in the continental U.S. are $2.95 for orders up to $25, $5 for orders $25.01 to $50, $8 for orders up from $50.01 to $75, and free for orders over $75.
If you need items quickly, there may be a surcharge for upgrading to a faster shipping method.
Shipping Internationally
We will gladly ship internationally. Payment MUST be made via Paypal for the exact amount of the purchase plus shipping.
Priority shipping pricing for international purchases are as follows. If you would like to have your item shipped by a less expensive method, you may make your purchase and we will make appropriate adjustments. Please Note: For especially heavy items, I have the right to request additional funds for cost of shipping.
