Hydrangea Bouquet is 2021's first special colorway for the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival. This bouquet is moody, with soft dried-flower tans and pinks beneath pops of rich shadowy blue, murky greenish-brown, and lively splashes of acid green and fuchsia pink.Skeins of Hydrangea Bouquet will be difficult to match in large quantities - please be aware of this when ordering! We'll do our best to match multiple skeins. If you have a color you'd prefer to see more of, please let us know in the notes at checkout.
This colorway is a Babette: every skein and every batch is a bit different, but Babs has a method of recreating these artistic colorways. The photograph is an example of representative skeins from this colorway; the skein you receive may differ somewhat. If you have any questions about the color, please give us a call or email to ask for a photo - we are always happy to describe our current batch for you to make sure it meets your needs!
Madison is a dense, round Aran weight yarn that is great for accessory projects. The superwash merino wool fiber is soft and takes color brilliantly. Madison has a somewhat rustic character, with occasional unevenness in the plies, however, it works up with great balanced stitch definition.
