It's a Thursday, 9 days before Christmas and I have been busy...but first I want to congratulate Anita on putting in the winning comment on the blog in the Tierno giveaway. She chose Chocolate Roses. This will go out today!
So what have I been up to lately? Knitting! Among other things. I have actually finished two projects. The first in my Annis in Tuscan Clay, which uses just one skein of Yet. I started this back in the late spring when the pattern initially came out in Knitty.com and got through the hard parts - Nupps -which really aren't all that bad with pointy needles and not knitting too tight - and stopped. So I finished it up last week and got it blocked after my family left - I needed the bed for the flat space. It is lovely!

Then I have finished Stephen West's Clockwork scarf in Sojourn, which is a cashmere and silk blend - luscious! The colors are Timberline and Moss. The main color was Timberline and the contrasting color was Moss. I will be posting the project details shortly on Ravelry. Here's a picture of it.

I have also been spinning...but I can't show you that picture! It's a gift!
And I started a Simple Things Shawlette using Yowza, so it will be bigger than the pattern indicates. I will post a picture of that in a day or so. I am knitting in A Day at (TM) the Casino! Turning out lovely!
