Refund policy

Customer service is important to us and we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. To make a return, please contact us at info@missbabs.com or 423-727-0670 within 30 days of purchase to let us know to expect a return. Returns will be issued as store credit, unless a refund to the original payment method is specifically requested. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Upon receipt of the item(s), we will issue a store credit or refund for the cost of the item(s). Returns will be eligible for a full store credit or refund IF:

1. You have notified us that you will be returning the item.

2. The item will come back in new, undamaged condition so that it can be resold as a new item. Yarn that has been wound into a ball is not returnable.

The fine print:

No returns accepted after 45 days.
Custom Dye orders are not eligible for refunds.
Specials, discounts, and closeout ("destash") sales are final.
We cannot be responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery information, nor costs or damage related to these errors.
