We ship our orders with the USPS and UPS Ground. If you prefer a different shipping method please contact us so that we can arrange that for you. You may choose to add optional Signature Confirmation for an additional $3.45 to your order. Orders over $500 will be automatically sent with Signature Confirmation at no additional cost to the customer.
International Shipping
We now offer international shipping via Shopify's Managed Markets program, which calculates all duties and taxes at checkout, so you will not have any unexpected additional payments before delivery.
You can choose between DHL Parcel Select, UPS Standard, and DHL Express; the calculated shipping rates and estimated delivery times will show in your cart during the checkout process so that you can make your selection.
Returns
Customer service is important to us and we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please see below.
To make a return, please contact us at info@missbabs.com or 423-727-0670 within 30 days of purchase to let us know to expect a return. Returns will be issued as store credit, unless a refund to the original payment method is specifically requested. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Upon receipt of the item(s), we will issue a store credit or refund for the cost of the item(s). Returns will be eligible for a full store credit or refund IF:
1. You have notified us that you will be returning the item.
2. The item will come back in new, undamaged condition so that it can be resold as a new item. Yarn that has been wound into a ball is not returnable.

The fine print:
- No returns accepted after 45 days.
- Custom Dye orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Specials, discounts, and closeout ("destash") sales are final. No returns on items sold at a discount will be accepted.
- We cannot be responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery information, nor costs or damage related to these errors.
Pre-Orders
From time to time we offer certain items as Pre-Orders. Orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items will ship all together when the pre-order item is ready. If you need to receive your in-stock items faster, please place a separate order for those items.
