Yowza
Our favorite sweater yarn, Yowza is a DK-weight superwash merino that comes in big 560-yard, 8-ounce skeins. It's super soft, which makes it great for accessories and baby items, too. We're bringing a wide range of colorways so you'll have lots to choose from. Our Yowza sample garments include the Cable Stayed Cardigan, Cedar Bark Raglan pullover, and several knit and crocheted shawls.
Yowza Mini Trios
Get creative with color with Yowza Mini Trios! We've carefully selected 3, 200-yard "mini" skeins of Yowza for these sets. They're great for accessories like The Shift, Whale Watching, and more. Check out our Ravelry bundle of Yowza Mini Trio patterns for more ideas.
You asked... and we agree! We are starting to offer Yowza Minis individually, so you will be able to pick and choose at Maryland.
Yummy 2-Ply
Yummy 2-Ply is a truly versatile superwash merino fingering weight yarn in a 400 yard skein. We dye 2-Ply in a rainbow of monochromatic and variegated shades. It's great for all kinds of accessories, but we also have lots of sweater quantities. The sweater shown above is Chauncey. Zweig has also been popular.
Gradient and Crown Wools Sets
Both of these sets are made from our Yummy 2-Ply Toes mini skeins: Gradient Sets contain 6 minis, and Crown Wools Sets include 12. We have several new shawl projects and samples, like Coastal Highway, Cascara, and Knitting with Fronds, to inspire you! New Gradient Set colorways may also be making their debut at Maryland... come and see!
Katahdin
We like big skeins and we cannot lie! Katahdin is 1750 yards of light fingering weight, superwash Bluefaced Leicester. It knits and wears like a dream and is a staff favorite. Try it in a big lightweight cardigan like Sempervirens, a drapey pullover like Tegna (see our sample with modifications for length), or a big and bountiful shawl.
Yummy 3-Ply
This staff favorite is a wonderfully round and bouncy sport weight Merino wool. Yummy 3-Ply is an ideal sweater yarn (Veronica is racing to finish her Firenze pullover before the show) but it's also great for accessories -- In the Stacks and Shh Wrap have both been very popular.
Keira
Somewhere between a fingering and a sport weight, Keira is tightly plied, dense and round, and comes in big, 560-yard skeins. It knits up smoothly into sweaters, like the easygoing Saturday Sweater, and is also great for accessories.
Estrellita
We'll have a limited selection of Estrellita with us, for those of you who love a little sparkle in your stitching! Estrellita is 92% superwash Merino wool, 8% Lurex - the Lurex is a strand plied in with the wool, keeping it from feeling scratchy. Substitute this in any fingering weight project, knit up some fun socks or accessories, or even use it as the contrast color in a colorwork project for extra interest.
2-Ply Quartets
We'll also have a limited selection of Yummy 2-Ply Quartets, perfect for Fabulosity and Botanique .
Show Colorway
And last but not least, we'll have this year's special and exclusive Maryland Sheep and Wool show colorway, available each morning at the front of the booth on a variety of bases until we sell out. Always a surprise until Saturday morning!

I saw your schedule. You will not be in Atlanta for Stitches United correct? It’s my only chance to see your booth. I know I can order online but I love to buy the “show” color special. Thanks for all you do in providing the best yarn for our community.
