Babs introduces Keira in this short clip. Keira is a superwash Merino wool sport weight yarn with a great twist for incredible stitch definition, and comes in big, 560-yard skeins. You can browse more Keira project ideas on our Project Gallery.

Featured in this video are:

Sea Changes by Michael Harrigan, knit in Daguerreotype Keira

Katahdin is one of our favorite yarns and it's definitely a showstopper in person! The skeins are 1750 yards and 15.5 ounces - that's right, nearly a mile and nearly a pound of light fingering weight superwash BFL yarn. One skein can make a great variety of projects.

Jennifer is wearing Sempervirens by Veronica Parsons, knit in Sempervirens Katahdin.

Other featured garments are:

Beach Trip by Lynn Everett, knit in Stonewashed Katahdin

Geribá Cardigan by Beatriz Rubio, knit in Quicksilver and Zinnias Katahdin

I love the MDSW festival and will look forward to seeing you next year!

Barbara Bryan-Wilson

I watched your Maryland videos this morning. Loved them all! Made me want to come and meet you at the festival. I am new to all these festivals as I started knitting again about 3 years ago after a very long hiatus (I was a crocheter all this time). I participated in the GGBS MKAL in October and bought your Decadence kit. I have gotten so many compliments on it! And I absolutely love your yarn! I plan on picking up more in the near future. Thank you being so friendly and welcoming in you videos, you should make more!
