Katahdin (named for Mount Katahdin, the northern endpoint of the Appalachian Trail which runs through our backyard) weighs in at 1750 yards and 14 ounces, making it our largest skein to date. It can be knit at a heavy laceweight or light fingering gauge and is 100% superwash Bluefaced Leicester wool.
