Hamsa Mittens

$0.00

The Hamsa Mittens pattern was designed by Suann Wentworth. Our sample was knit in Miss Babs Kaweah in the Ginkgo and Zing colorways.

Christians call it the hand of Mary. Jews call it the hand of Miriam. Muslims call it the hand of Fatima. More ancient than any religion, the Hamsa is a symbol of protection and defense against the evil eye in many cultures. In a time when we define ourselves in our separateness, this symbol is a reminder that maybe we aren’t so different after all.

You'll need two skeins of Kaweah to complete this project, one each in two different colors. Choose the original colorways below − or try another color!

You can purchase the pattern for Hamsa Mittens directly from the designer on Ravelry. All patterns are sold separately and not included with purchase of yarn.
