Hamsa Mittens

Designed by Suann Wentworth

Christians call it the hand of Mary. Jews call it the hand of Miriam. Muslims call it the hand of Fatima. More ancient than any religion, the Hamsa is a symbol of protection and defense against the evil eye in many cultures. In a time when we define ourselves in our separateness, this symbol is a reminder that maybe we aren’t so different after all.
