About the quilt pattern: Pinwheel quilts arrived on the scene in the 19th century, and were the first foray into more decorative pattern blocks. This particular quilt's pinwheels are quite oversized, giving the piece a contemporary feel.

Maker caddies are small but MIGHTY! Available in four sizes, they can hold a project, tools, readers, wallet, phone, keys and MORE! Fully lined in 10oz cotton canvas with 1" cotton webbing handles, these totes can stand on their own. There are no internal pockets or top closure.

The caddies sit nicely by your side as you stitch. They can also double as a “grab ‘n go” bag for quick errands, a trip to your favorite craft brewery, or anytime you don’t need to haul around a kitchen sink.

Made from the remnants of vintage quilts used for quilt coats, each is one of a kind and cut and sewn to highlight the quilt’s distinct pattern. Even within the same pattern, sizes and design placement varies.
