Asteria

Inspired by the movement of stars across the night sky, this generously-sized shawl features a simple lace perfect for an easy and quick-to-knit project. Asteria is worked in one piece from a few cast on stitches, and increases are worked along one edge shaping it into a modern asymmetric triangle. The shawl can be worked with beads along the edges for extra sparkle and drape, and the placement of the beads is included in the charts. However, the beads are optional and the shawl can be worked without them, making this project suitable for the first-time lace knitter.

Our sample was knit in Miss Babs Estrellita in the color Cranberries.
What You'll Need:
You'll need two skeins of Estrellita, plus approximately 200 6/0 4.00 mm seed beads (silver-lined crystal, optional) to complete this project. Choose the original colorway below - or try another color!
