Eclair Cake

Growing up, I always enjoyed a fun favorite summer dessert: a no-bake chocolate eclair cake. With layers of graham crackers and vanilla pudding, it wasn’t necessarily a culinary masterpiece, but it was always a treat!

Our sample was knit in Miss Babs Sojourn in the Gibson Girl and Coastal Fog colorways.
What You'll Need:
Sweet and simple, Eclair Cake is a little knitting treat in two colors of fingering weight cashmere-silk yarn. Build up layers of stripes in an easy stitch pattern for a cowl that will nestle softly around your neck.
Pattern:
You'll need two skeins of Sojourn, one of each colorway, to complete this project. Choose the original combination − or try another!
