The Viajante pattern was designed by Martina Behm. Our sample was knit in Miss Babs Katahdin in the Surpriza colorway.
Long, triangular shawls are wonderful! They are just the thing to keep your neck and shoulders warm during winter. Martina had the wonderful idea to make one that, instead of just being a flat piece of fabric, is three-dimensional, knit in the round and doubles as a big loop, hood and very big cowl? Well, here it is: Viajante (Portuguese for "traveller") takes your knitting to another dimension! You can use less yarn if you want it to be smaller, the pattern is adaptable.
You'll need one skein of Katahdin to complete this project. Choose the original colorway below − or try another color!
You can purchase the pattern for Viajante directly from the designer on Ravelry. This pattern may also be found on the Strickmich website. All patterns are sold separately and not included with purchase of yarn.
