Hitchhiker's Birthday - Yummy 2-Ply - Babette

Hitchhiker's Birthday was developed in coordination with Martina Behm to commemorate the anniversary of the Hitchhiker pattern. This colorway is light, bright, and uplifting with speckles of pink, orange, yellow, and blue, plus some gentle tints of those colors across the creamy base. We are thrilled to have this colorway featured on the cover of The Hitchhiker Collection book!

This colorway is a Babette: every skein and every batch is a bit different, but Babs has a method of recreating these artistic colorways. The photograph is an example of representative skeins from this colorway; the skein you receive may differ somewhat. This 2-ply superwash Merino is wonderful for cowls, scarves, shawls, and lightweight sweaters.

Size: 400 yd / 3.9 oz (365m / 110g) skeins
Content: 100% superwash Merino wool
Gauge: Fingering weight. 7-9 stitches per inch on US 0-2.
Care Instructions: Machine wash gentle. This yarn should be dried flat for best results.
