Surprise - K2 - Babette

Originally created for the Surprise shipment of the 2013 Miss Babs Knitting Tour, Surprise features teal and brown, blending to taupe and yellowish-green over lots of natural cream. The colors have room to blend and play.

This colorway is a Babette: every skein and every batch is a bit different, but Babs has a method of recreating these artistic colorways. The photograph is an example of representative skeins from this colorway; the skein you receive may differ somewhat.

K2

K2 is a bouncy chunky yarn that will work beautifully for large-scale accessories. It knits up fast and warm, soft but still substantial, with a brilliant depth of color. The 3-ply construction is very round and gives balanced sharp stitch definition.

Size: 120 yd / 4 oz (110m / 113g) skeins
Content: 100% Merino wool
Gauge: Chunky weight. 3-3.5 stitches per inch knit on US 10-11, 2-2.75 stitches per inch crocheted on US K-M.
Care Instructions: Hand wash, dry flat.
